Goldsmiths Jewellers has over 230 years of experience in the industry, with the first store opening in 1778 in Newcastle. Since then, they have become one of the most recognised jewellery brands in the UK.
Their first showroom, set up in Newcastle, is still trading today on the very same site that it started over 230 years ago. This has become a historical monument for the Goldsmiths company.
They sell the largest collection of big brands, such as Cartier, Gucci and Rolex, to name a few. The Goldsmiths website has a wide range of jewellery, watches and gifts to suit every style and budget.
Despite being one of the largest jewellery retailers, they still maintain a high level of customer service; just like small brands and independent stores. Their average product and service review is excellent.
Goldsmiths have had some incredible achievements over the years, including being the first UK retailer to stock Rolex watches. They also were given the task of creating the current Rugby League Trophy, in the 1970s.
With so many years of experience, Goldsmiths pride themselves in their fine selection of jewellery, diamonds and watches. Their philosophy of “we love what we do” means that any purchase, big or small, is important to them.
They are also proud of their corporate social responsibility, which focuses on being environmentally conscious and being an active member of the Responsible Jewellery Council.
Some of their commitments include reducing their carbon footprint, minimising waste and complying with international laws on endangered species. A full list of their commitments can be found on the website.
Goldsmiths have showrooms all around the UK and their website stocks everything you would find in a store and more. Items that cannot be found in store can be ordered through the website, at the same price.
Stocking a wide range of products, to suit every budget, Goldsmiths is now one of the most diverse jewellers in the UK. Jewellery, watches and gifts can be found for under £100 and up to thousands.
Some of the brands being sold by Goldsmiths, other than the luxury companies already mentioned, include DKNY, Armani, Guess and Ted Baker. This wide variety ensures that everyone can find something they like on the website.
Goldsmiths are also proud sponsors of the Leicester Tigers rugby team. Customers can vote for their Player of the Month, via the website, and the winner receives a Tag Heur watch.
Delivery is available throughout the UK, with standard and express options available. There is also a click and collect service, so that customers can pick their products up from one of the hundreds of Goldsmiths stores.

To qualify, you will need to pay a 10% deposit and order a minimum spend of £500. Items on sale or discounted through separate promotions cannot be purchased through finance.
