Tessuti was set up in 1985 as a retailer that would lead the way when it came to offering the hottest designer labels to customers. They operate as an online retailer, as well as having stores in locations such as London, Chester, Liverpool, and Manchester.
The designer apparel the company offers to customers comes from some of the biggest names in fashion. This allows customers to make a choice from brands such as Stone Island, CP Company, Michael Kors, Armani, Ralph Lauren, and many more.
However, the company is always on the lookout for the newest trends and adds new designer pieces to its range as often as it can. This ensures that customers that shop on their website or in their stores will have the chance to get their hands on the latest looks ahead of the crowd.
The clothing they offer men includes styles for all occasions and ranges from jeans and chinos to t-shirts, trousers, dress shirts, and jackets. They also offer a range of accessories from male customers that can be matched to an outfit and these include shoes, wallets, bags, belts, and caps.
The selection for women at Tessuti is equally as impressive, with the clothing available including casual joggers, leggings, and jeans, as well as more elegant skirts, blouses, and dresses. Ladies can also choose from a range of bags, footwear, purses, and jewellery to accessorise an outfit.
The company is continually looking to expand and in 2012 took over the running of Originals. Based in the north of England, this company is another that looks to bring the latest designer fashion to customers and was a perfect fit for Tessuti’s operations.
If your preference is for dressing in top designer brands and keeping up with the latest trends then shopping at Tessuti is for you. They are at the forefront of the designer clothing market and will ensure you can wear styles that will make you the envy of your friends.
Refunds and returns
Tessuti’s returns policy states that all faulty goods must be confirmed with customer service before you send them back by post. Also all items must have the tags still attached as well as having no marks or smells and be in the packages with which it was delivered to you.
Orders that were delivered outside of the UK mainland will be expected to cover all costs of return unless the item is faulty.
The time period for returning goods is 14 days after the date of delivery and they must be undamaged as well as unopened. A returns form will arrive with your order and this must come back with the item. It must be noted that returns received after the 14 day time limit will be send back to the customer and no refund will be issued.
Please allow 30 days for the refund to come through, although 5 working days is usually enough time.
Opening Hours and Contact Information
The Tessuti website is available 24/7 so that customers can always access the latest designer clothing on offer.
Details of the company stores can be found on the website. The opening times of these can vary from place to place, so it is best to use the telephone details given to contact an individual store and find out their hours of operation.
The company can also be contacted through their help desk phone number, which operates between the hours of 9am and 6pm from Monday to Friday. An online form for submitting messages is also available and the full details of how to get in touch are provided on the Contact Us page of the company’s website.

Tessuti’s aim to get the latest fashions to customers first has continued in recent times. In June 2014 they announced that Stone Island’s Wool Ice Jackets were now available for sale and in July 2014 they added Sunspel to the list of brands they offer.
These and other additions during the year are what help to keep them at the forefront of designer fashion retailing. Their blog or social media sites are the best place to keep up to date with these and see if there are any new designer items that you want as part of your wardrobe.
